Job summary

Young Life is seeking a Senior Director of Prospect Research & Donor Intelligence to lead a multi-year donor insights program aligned with fundraising priorities. You will guide executive strategy on major gift prospects and oversee wealth screening, CRM analytics, and data integrity.

You will lead researchers and analysts, build pipelines, and partner across Operations, Finance, and Campaign teams to inform cultivation and solicitation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; advanced degree a plus.
• 12+ years in advancement/development services with leadership experience.
• Experience managing researchers and analysts under one function.
• Campaign experience on large fundraising initiatives.
• CRM strategy leadership, preferably Salesforce, and fundraising analytics ownership.

Responsibilities

• Sets and owns multi-year donor intelligence and prospect development strategy.
• Advises executives on major gift strategy and portfolio management.
• Oversees wealth screening vendor selection and data validation.
• Leads research on capacity, history, and connections for high-value prospects.
• Partners with Operations, GMET, Finance on data integrity and reporting.
