Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for the prospect research program and data development.
• Lead a team to identify and nurture the prospect pipeline using data mining and trend analysis.
• Develop and manage data systems and reporting using Raiser's Edge NXT for the organization.
• Meet with Development officers to manage portfolios and deliver analytical fundraising reports.
• Identify opportunities to optimize Raiser's Edge NXT to meet strategic needs.
