Axos Bank is seeking a senior product leader to drive end-to-end product management for Centers of Excellence, defining vision, strategy, design, roadmap, pricing, launches and go-to-market for technology-based investment offerings. You will be onsite at posted locations including Centennial, CO, and other U.S.

cities. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in product management, strong cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of Salesforce, AI tooling, and RPA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in product management or a related role.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact, scalable solutions.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce, Contact Center AI, and RPA, Generative AI platforms such as n8n and Retool.

Responsabilités

• Develop high-level vision for COE platforms across Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and other tools.
• Create discovery documents specifying features and functionality for technology teams.
• Write detailed requirements specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Drive solution architecture for complex business use cases spanning multiple platforms.
• Prioritize initiatives based on strategic vision, feasibility, market dynamics, client need, and ROI.
• Socialize COE product strategy with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior product team members and support data analytics.
