Job summary

Chubb is seeking a Vice President, Premium Audit to lead the strategic direction, operations, and compliance of the Premium Audit function. The role coordinates internal teams and external BPO vendors to accurately capture policyholder exposures and report them for top-line revenue integrity.

Qualifications

12–15+ years in Insurance Operations with a carrier/BPO in Premium Audit.
Minimum 4 years in executive leadership.
Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

Define the enterprise audit strategy and mix of physical, virtual, and self-audits to maximize ROI and minimize friction.
Lead large-scale transformations, such as automated audit workflows and predictive analytics in audit selection models.
Manage a multi-million dollar departmental budget with FTE allocation and capacity planning.
Establish performance frameworks and KPIs reported to SVP-level leadership.
Negotiate and manage complex external BPO vendor-partner pricing and SLAs.
Maintain vendor panel with tiered routing to ensure cost efficiency and continuity.
Partner with Analytics to build high-yield audit selection models and monitor portfolio trends.
Maintain regulatory compliance with NCCI, ISO, and state regulations; oversee disputes and audit documentation.
