The role requires 5+ years of premium audit experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to train staff and collaborate with claims, underwriting, and accounting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Premium Audit experience.
• APA or working toward APA certification.
• Ability to communicate audit decisions to agents and insureds.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement department procedures and guidelines.
• Supervise team to meet service standards.
• Lead training plans for premium audit staff and provide feedback.
• Develop and distribute administrative audit reports.
• Liaise with claims, underwriting, accounting, and safety management.
