Happen Bank seeks a senior platform engineering leader to own AI Infrastructure strategy and enterprise platform governance. You will align platform investments with product and AI modernization, building scalable, secure, and observable systems that empower product teams to move fast.

You will lead senior engineers across AI Infrastructure, DevOps, Testing, DBA, and Observability, driving excellence in delivery and safety while partnering with Technology and Product to shape the technology

Qualifications

• Strong executive leadership with track record of building platform teams.
• Experience defining AI Infrastructure strategy and governance.
• Experience in AI/LLM model evaluation and production tooling.
• Demonstrated success in observability, SLA/SLO frameworks, and incident management at scale.
• Deep technical fluency across DevOps pipelines, databases, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI Infrastructure and platform services.
• Lead AI Gateways, tooling, and client-facing AI capabilities in production.
• Define standards for model governance, security, latency, and cost management.
• Develop CI/CD strategy, developer tooling, IaC, and environment management.
• Build and lead a high-performing multi-domain leadership team.
