Happen Bank is seeking a senior leader to define and govern the data and AI platform architecture. You will set standards, guide production-grade patterns, and align decisions across CIO and CPTO teams, partnering with Data & AI Platform Engineering for implementation.

You will drive governance, security, and cost-aware design, while exploring AI-enabled architecture improvements and responsible deployment in a regulated financial environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or platform engineering.
• Designed and delivered cloud-based data platforms at scale with performance, governance, and resilience in mind.
• Operate as a technical authority across teams with clear trade‑offs and production readiness.

Responsabilités

• Define and maintain the reference architecture for the data/AI platform and ensure security, compliance, and scalability.
• Design patterns for data pipelines, storage, compute, and integration balancing performance and cost.
• Govern shared technology choices across architecture, security, integration, and DevOps.
• Develop standards for platform adoption, data modeling, contracts, and security guardrails.
• Lead PoCs and evaluations for emerging technologies including GenAI, AI infra, and automation tools.
• Drive architecture governance with the enterprise team and align with regulatory requirements.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve architecture workflows and automated design checks.
