KPH Healthcare Services’ Vertex division seeks a visionary Vice President of Pharmacy Solutions to guide strategic direction, financial performance, and growth of Vertex. You will lead the development, commercialization, and execution of pharmacy solutions including formulary strategy, rebates, and analytics, while expanding market presence.

You will drive partnerships, vendor strategy, and cross-functional leadership to build market-ready products for employer, consultant, and health plan

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or PharmD preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the PBM, GPO, or related industry.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale pharmacy solution programs.

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Vertex.
• Oversee development and commercialization of formulary, rebate, and analytics solutions.
• Lead vendor negotiations and manage key relationships to optimize rebates and formulary partnerships.
• Drive enterprise sales strategy and client engagement for Vertex solutions.
• Oversee rebate analytics and underwriting strategy and translate data into market-facing value propositions.
• Build and lead a high-performing team and establish clear performance metrics.
• Ensure day-to-day operational execution and alignment with broader organizational goals.
