Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Vice President of Pharmacy Services to lead strategy and operations across a multi-site pharmacy enterprise with extensive nationwide reach. You will guide retail, specialty, infusion, in-clinic and ambulatory services while partnering with executive teams to drive quality, safety and cost efficiency.

The role requires a PharmD and Texas licensure within 90 days, plus 10+ years of leadership in pharmacy, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive management in pharmacy, including strategic planning and budgeting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient computer skills and basic business analytics.
• Active Pharmacist license in Texas or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership for all pharmacy services across Kelsey-Seybold Clinic (retail, specialty, infusion, in-clinic, ambulatory).
• Drive growth, operational excellence, quality outcomes, patient experience and financial performance.
• Collaborate with executives, clinical ops, managed care, finance, IT, and physician leaders to optimize pharmacy solutions.
• Oversee pharmacy strategy, contracting, growth, supply chain and regulatory compliance across 44+ locations with $350M annual ops.
