Job summary
Recovery Solutions is seeking a Vice President of Pharmacy Services to provide enterprise leadership for pharmacy operations across multiple facilities. This executive will drive medication strategy, clinical quality, and regulatory compliance while overseeing formulary management, purchasing, and financial performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or PharmD in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
- Active RPh license per state requirements.
- Five+ years of inpatient pharmacy management experience.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and formulary management.
- Experience leading across multiple facilities or geographic markets.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive leadership for pharmacy services across Recovery Solutions facilities and programs.
- Develop and execute an enterprise pharmacy strategy aligned with clinical priorities and financial goals.
- Establish enterprise-wide pharmacy standards, policies, and governance practices.
- Monitor pharmacy operations, medication utilization, and quality indicators to identify risks and opportunities.
- Oversee budgets, purchasing, inventory management, and cost-containment initiatives.
- Lead the P&T committee and collaborate with executive leadership on medication strategy.
