Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare leadership roles.
• 6+ years of leading teams.
• 5+ years of PBM industry experience.
• Deep knowledge of PBM/managed care pricing and contracting.
• Extensive account management with large health plan clients.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong financial statement interpretation and profitability focus.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year account strategies to drive growth, retention, and value.
• Build and sustain C-suite relationships with health plans and consultants.
• Lead executive governance and escalation management.
• Oversee contract performance, interpretation, and compliance.
• Manage P&L for assigned accounts and revenue growth targets.
• Lead renewals, amendments, and market checks with cross-functional partners.
• Identify and mitigate financial, contractual, regulatory, and reputational risks.
• Collaborate with Optum Rx and enterprise leaders on strategic plans.
• Provide strategic input to product teams based on market insights.
• Represent Optum Rx as a market leader externally.
