Ideal candidates bring extensive trade relations and contracting expertise, with executive negotiation and leadership capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Deep pharmaceutical trade relations and contracting expertise.
• Established manufacturer/biopharmaceutical relationships PSAO/PBM, GPO, rebate, market access, or specialty pharmacy expertise preferred.
• Executive-level negotiation, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Lead specialty, brand, biosimilar, and pharmaceutical portfolio strategy.
• Build manufacturer partnerships and negotiate complex contracts.
• Develop pricing, rebate, and value-based models.
• Modernize contracting workflows using analytics, automation, and AI.
• Lead cross-functional teams and identify new growth opportunities.
