Job summary

Memorial Health System seeks a strategic VP, People Operations to design and lead a high-performing People Operations function across the enterprise. You will oversee total rewards, employee relations, HRIS, and analytics to enable clinical excellence and a differentiated colleague experience.

You will translate goals into scalable programs, champion modernization, and drive data-driven decision making while ensuring compliance and an outstanding workforce life cycle.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, human resources or related field is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field is required.
• Ten (10) years of experience in an executive or enterprise leadership level leading people operations and total rewards functions may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously advance a high-performing People Operations function.
• Oversee total rewards, colleague health and relations, childcare, HR shared services, HRIS and people analytics.
• Translate enterprise goals into scalable people systems, policies and programs that are equitable, compliant and data-driven.
