Job summary

Memorial Health is seeking a Vice President, People Operations to architect and drive a high-performing HR function across the enterprise. You will lead total rewards, colleague health and HR analytics, aligning programs with Memorial Health’s mission and values, and enabling clinical excellence and a differentiated colleague experience.

You will guide modernization, data-driven decision making, and scalable HR systems while mentoring a multidisciplinary team of People Operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Master’s or MBA in business, HR or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field required.
• 10 years of progressive HR/People Operations leadership experience; healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead enterprise-wide People Operations strategy and programs.
• Oversee total rewards, colleague health, childcare, HR shared services, HRIS and analytics.
• Ensure compliant, data-driven and equitable workforce systems across Memorial Health.
