Job summary

Venterra Realty seeks a strategic Head of HR Business Partners & Talent Development to lead HRBP, Employee Relations, and Training & Development across our portfolio and corporate offices in Houston.

The role reports to the CFO/Head of Property Operations and focuses on building talent strategies, leadership capabilities, and development programs to attract, develop, and retain exceptional people. This is a hybrid Houston-based leadership position.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 5+ years leading HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, and/or Learning & Development teams.
• Experience in multifamily, real estate, hospitality, or dispersed service businesses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise talent strategy for high-performing talent.
• Lead HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, and Training & Development teams; create scalable HR operating model.
• Advise executives on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, talent risk, and organizational change.
