Job summary

Venterra Realty in Houston seeks a Training Manager to design and deliver scalable learning programs across Maintenance Operations, technology systems, and leadership development. You will translate complex operations into practical training using modern methods and tools.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in learning and development, strong instructional design and facilitation skills, and the ability to partner with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, training, instructional design, organizational development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering learning programs for operational or technical audiences.
• Experience developing and facilitating technology or systems training.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs.
• Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities across instructor-led, virtual, and digital learning formats.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with subject matter experts and translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage audiences ranging from frontline associates to leaders.
• Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional learning initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Operations Training: Design and deliver scalable technical, operational, onboarding, and ongoing development programs for maintenance associates and leaders.
• Technology & Systems Training: Lead training for new technology, systems, tools, and digital capabilities across Venterra.
• Leadership Development: Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programs across the organization.
• Learning Design & Facilitation: Design engaging, practical learning experiences using adult learning and instructional design best practices.
• Project Management & Change Training Support: Partner with the PMO, Technology, HR, and business leaders to support training needs associated with enterprise projects and organizational change.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.
