Venterra Realty is seeking a Head of HR Business Partners & Talent Development based in Houston. This senior leader will drive talent strategies, leadership development, and HR programs across property portfolios and corporate offices.

The role partners with CFO and Head of Property Operations to enhance organizational capability, succession, retention, and performance, using data to translate business needs into practical people solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development or related field.
• SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred.
• 12+ years HR experience including 5+ years leading HRBP/ER/LD teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop and lead enterprise talent strategy with focus on retaining high-performing talent.
• Lead HRBP, Employee Relations, and Training & Development teams and design scalable HR operating model.
• Advise executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership capability.
• Own retention, succession planning, and career pathways to strengthen bench depth.
• Set onboarding, role-based training, and leadership development aligned to measurable outcomes.
• Lead performance management and underperformance actions with accountability and recognition.
• Oversee employee relations, investigations, and terminations with legal coordination.
• Partner on compensation philosophy, salary reviews, and market competitiveness.
• Use engagement, turnover, and performance data to drive action with clear ownership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and consistent HR policy application.
• Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to scale HR programs.
