Venterra Realty is seeking a bilingual Training Manager to design and deliver learning solutions across maintenance operations, technology training, and leadership development in a hybrid role based at the Houston corporate office.

The ideal candidate combines learning strategy, instructional design, facilitation, technology training, leadership development, and project management with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in learning & development, training, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience creating programs for operational/technical audiences.
• Experience delivering technology or systems training.
• Experience designing leadership development programs.
• Strong curriculum development across ILT, virtual, and digital formats.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Experience managing multiple learning projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver learning solutions across Maintenance Operations, technology systems, and leadership development.
• Lead training for new technology, systems, and digital capabilities.
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex information into practical training materials.
• Develop train-the-trainer approaches and enable leaders to facilitate learning.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive improvements based on business needs.
• Support enterprise projects and organizational change through targeted training plans.
• Create engaging, practical learning experiences using adult learning principles.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions for audiences from frontline to senior leaders.
