Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive HR leadership in multi-unit orgs.
• Experience advising CEOs on people strategy and risk.
• Experience leading HR shared services, centers of excellence.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with growth objectives and long-term business strategy.
• Lead scalable HR shared services and centers of excellence with governance and service standards.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, incentive, and total rewards programs.
• Ensure HR policies are compliant and aligned with company values and legal requirements.
