Jobot in Dallas, TX is seeking a Vice President, Talent Management & HR Business Partners to lead the HRBP function for a fast-growing, PE-backed organization in the electrical testing space. The role partners with executive leadership to drive business results through strong people strategies across field operations and corporate functions.

You will oversee Talent Management, Learning & Development, and M&A integration, building scalable programs, developing leaders, and embedding HRBPs as true

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12–15+ years of HR experience with substantial time leading HRBP teams.
• Experience scaling an HRBP model in fast-paced, operational environments.
• PE-backed, high-growth or services sector experience preferred.
• Proven success developing leaders in distributed or field-based workforces.
• Experience supporting M&A integration and organizational scaling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and set the standard for HRBP function across field operations and corporate teams.
• Develop an organizational effectiveness and talent development strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead M&A integration and scaling with executive leadership guidance.
• Oversee talent management processes and leadership development programs.
• Define scalable Learning & Development for a distributed workforce; train frontline leaders.
• Drive organizational design and change management with data-driven insights.
