You'll oversee regulatory compliance, monitor reserves, and manage return-to-work programs while interfacing with EHS, HR, nurses, and other stakeholders. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, cost control, and effective communication to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• 10+ years experience adjusting/managing workers’ compensation claims.
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional adjusting.
• Experience with RMIS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claims across business units and lines, following standardized processes.
• Participate in mediations and coordinate with legal for claim resolution.
• Monitor financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Oversee workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, HR, and supervisors for recovery plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and keep updated on relevant laws.
