Job summary

Ascensus seeks a senior leader to establish and scale distribution for investment and wealth solutions across Retirement. The VP will drive revenue, asset growth, and market penetration while building the sales and advisor engagement framework required to launch new capabilities.

The role requires a growth-oriented leader with extensive defined contribution experience and the ability to navigate a complex matrixed organization across multiple markets with a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in defined contribution retirement, investment management, asset management, wealth management, institutional sales, or related fields.
• 7+ years in investment distribution, DC sales, advisor distribution, institutional retirement sales, wealth distribution, or similar leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall distribution strategy for Ascensus investment and wealth solutions across existing and prospective Retirement clients.
• Establish a multi-year growth plan for managed accounts, stable value, target date funds, CITs, and wealth solutions.
• Build go-to-market models, advisor activation, field engagement, and sales enablement with measurable adoption and revenue targets.
• Lead a dedicated distribution capability within Retirement; create playbooks, narratives, and client materials.
• Engage with advisors, consultants, partners, and clients to build demand and adoption for Ascensus' solutions.
• Partner with product, marketing, compliance, and sales to ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
