Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company vision, growth objectives, and long-term business needs.
• Continuously analyze workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accountability, and consistency.
• Develop and maintain operational playbooks, systems, and standards that support execution across departments.
• Coordinate communication between design, estimating, procurement, and field teams to improve project flow.
• Strengthen leadership development through succession planning, manager development, and organizational design/accountability.
• Utilize technology and reporting tools to enhance communication, decision-making, and overall operational performance.
• Oversee company-wide project scheduling and resource allocation to align labor, equipment, and materials with project needs.
• Balance workload across teams and implement capacity planning strategies to reduce bottlenecks.
• Support project execution by aligning schedules, manpower, and operational priorities across departments.
• Develop and oversee fleet, facilities, and inventory management strategies; procurement, maintenance, and safety coordination.
• Manage inventory and procurement systems for accurate tracking and readiness; establish dashboards for visibility.
• Establish financial dashboards, profitability targets, pricing strategies, and resource planning practices.
• Identify and mitigate operational and financial risks that may impact profitability, project delivery, or long-term growth.
• Lead and mentor department leaders to ensure consistent performance, development, and alignment with company standards.
