Qualifications

• Leadership or management experience in home services, construction, trades, or ops-heavy industries.
• Proven success overseeing KPIs, budgeting, and process execution.
• Strong leadership presence with coaching and accountability.
• Experience scaling operations and cross-functional teams.
• Financial literacy: P&L management and forecasting.
