Dabney Collins, a premier residential landscape design and installation firm in Pendleton, SC, is seeking a Landscape Construction Supervisor to oversee projects from inception to completion. You will manage the workforce, ensure quality, and maintain safety on-site.

The ideal candidate will lead a crew of 3–4, read plans, coordinate with project managers, and uphold timelines and budgets while delivering landscapes that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of landscape installation supervision.
• Ability to read landscape plans and drawings.
• Ability to supervise a crew of 3–4 and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily operations on the project site and ensure work meets specs.
• Coordinate crew and ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain safety standards on-site.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices.
• Communicate progress with project managers and design teams.
• Review drawings and communicate tasks to crew.
• Create weekly/monthly schedules with Project Manager.
• Submit daily material requests.
