The COO is responsible for the overall management of casino operations, including ensuring smooth running of gaming activities, hospitality services, and other related aspects.
Developing and Implementing Strategic Plans:
They work with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans for the casino, focusing on growth, profitability, and market share.
ENSURING OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY:
The COO ensures that all operations are running efficiently, optimizing processes and resources to maximize profitability.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
They are responsible for ensuring that the casino is compliant with all relevant regulations and laws.
MONITORING AND EVALUATING PERFORMANCE:
The COO tracks key performance indicators (KPls) and monitors the casino's performance against set goals, implementing corrective measures when needed.
FINANCIAL AND BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT:
SUPERVISING SENIOR MANAGEMENT:
The COO provides leadership and direction to all managers and their teams.
