Repligen Corp seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead Fluid Management manufacturing across four sites with 380+ employees. This executive will drive the operations vision, continuous improvement, and cross-site collaboration while aligning practices with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.

Required: 15+ years in manufacturing/operations, 10+ years leading multi-site teams, and a proven ability to transform complex operations in regulated settings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in manufacturing/operations or supply chain leadership.
• 10+ years leading leaders across multi-site operations.
• Experience in regulated life sciences/manufacturing environments.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive operations and manufacturing strategy.
• Provide leadership to Director-level Site Leaders across facilities.
• Drive safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost performance.
• Oversee capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to meet company goals and investments.
• Lead cross-site continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Develop long-term site strategies including expansions and capital investments.
• Manage budgets and performance metrics; ensure regulatory compliance.
