Job summary

Repligen Corporation seeks an OEM Fluid Management Bioprocess Sales Specialist to grow strategic OEM relationships serving the biopharmaceutical industry. You will identify, develop, and convert OEM opportunities for Repligen’s fluid management products across OEM platforms.

The role requires strong commercial skills with deep knowledge of bioprocessing, single-use technologies, and downstream/upstream processing. Travel 30–50%, including international, is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into OEMs, system integrators, equipment manufacturers, or technology partners.
• Strong understanding of bioprocessing workflow and equipment.
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into commercial solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for Repligen's OEM business in the fluid management market.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize OEMs with opportunities to incorporate Repligen products into platforms.
• Build relationships with OEM decision-makers across engineering, R&D, procurement, operations, PM, and leadership.
• Create and maintain a robust OEM opportunity pipeline from concept through evaluation, qualification, and supply.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing OEM partners.
• Identify opportunities for Repligen products to be specified or designed into OEM platforms.
