Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of engineers, setting goals and coaching.
• Own delivery of multiple product development programs to meet timelines and quality.
• Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources across projects.
• Lead development from concept through qualification and launch.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Product Management.
• Support scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing readiness.
• Ensure development activities comply with design control and documentation requirements.
• Lead technical reviews and risk assessments.
