Repligen is seeking an OEM Fluid Management Bioprocess Sales Specialist to cultivate strategic OEM relationships in the biopharma space. You will identify and convert OEM opportunities to embed Repligen’s fluid management products and single-use solutions into OEM platforms, collaborating with engineering, product, sourcing, and quality teams.

The role requires 5+ years in bioprocessing, knowledge of single-use tech and downstream/upstream processing, and strong commercial leadership to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in bioprocessing or related markets; OEM experience preferred.
• Experience selling into OEMs, system integrators, or equipment manufacturers.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel 30–50%, including international.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute an OEM business development plan.
• Identify, qualify, and prioritize OEMs for integration of Repligen solutions.
• Build relationships with OEM decision-makers across engineering, R&D, procurement, operations, product management, and leadership.
• Maintain an OEM opportunity pipeline from concept through commercialization and ongoing supply.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, forecasts, and supply terms with leadership.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and manage commercial or technical issues.
