The role oversees strategic operations, ensuring seamless, premium customer experiences as the company scales. The SVP will lead an analytics-driven organization, partner with technology, merchandising, finance and marketing, and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operations leadership experience in eCommerce/DTC
• Expertise in supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; proven scale-ability

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including vendor relations, procurement, warehousing, and 3PL
• Develop and execute an operations strategy to drive scalability and customer satisfaction
• Lead fulfillment, shipping, returns and inventory management improvements
• Build eCommerce infrastructure to support direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels
• Partner with technology, merchandising, finance and marketing to align initiatives and budgets
