Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive accountability with performance metrics and goals across departments.
• Oversee supply chain, including materials, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Manage COGS, forecasting, inventory, vendors, and fulfillment operations.
• Build operational and financial oversight for retail and international expansion.
• Partner with leaders to implement strategy and coach teams for strong culture.
