Job summary

Swellr is seeking a President to own the operating company top to bottom, including P&L, team, and cadence as we scale its affiliate engine for B2B SaaS.

You’ll hire and lead the operating team across product, services, and growth; set quarterly OKRs with the CEO; be the senior face to SaaS customers, affiliates, and partners; and partner with Cyber on shared substrate and AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must have P&L leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
• Strong leadership with ability to hire, develop, and scale teams across functions.
• Experience setting and driving quarterly OKRs with executive leadership.
• Deep SaaS industry experience, especially B2B and affiliate programs, preferred.
• Comfortable presenting to boards and customers; high-stakes stakeholder exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own Swellr's P&L, KPIs, and weekly operating cadence.
• Hire, lead, and develop the operating team across product, services, and growth.
• Set quarterly OKRs with the CEO and drive execution.
• Be the senior face of Swellr to SaaS customers, affiliates, and partners.
• Partner with Cyber on shared substrate, identity, and AI infrastructure.
