Job summary

ProviderSoft, part of Jonas Software within the Constellation Software group, seeks a CEO to own a profitable vertical SaaS business end to end. You will lead with full P&L ownership, drive AI-enabled modernization, and nurture a small, high-autonomy leadership team directly shaping culture and outcomes.

You will report to the Group Leader and guide strategy, capital allocation, and product direction while maintaining close ties to customers and the market.

Qualifications

• P&L ownership and budget responsibility.
• Coaching and mentoring the Senior Leadership Team across Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Drive AI adoption and product modernization with an AI-native roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year strategy that accelerates growth.
• Full ownership of the budget and financial performance including ARR growth, retention, margins.
• Coach and mentor the Senior Leadership Team across Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Partner with engineering leadership to own the product vision and roadmap.
• Oversee the revenue engine end to end from lead generation through retention and expansion.
