Role Description
As the operations leader at Boom, you'll report directly to the CEO and own two critical functions: implementing enterprise customers and building the internal operating processes to help us scale. On the customer side, you'll lead implementations from kickoff through adoption, making sure Boom is deployed successfully, used consistently, and delivering value. Internally, you'll own core business operations across revenue, people, and legal and build the systems and processes needed to support the company as it grows.
The role comes with broad ownership and the opportunity to create an operations function from the ground up. This is a full-time position, with a preference for candidates who can work from our San Francisco office three days per week.
