Job summary

The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, proficiency in managing substantial P&L responsibilities, and a strong belief in AI's role in modern business practices. A background in partnerships and marketplaces is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience as #2 in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup or managing a P&L of $5M+.
• Comfortable in both board meetings and sales calls.
• Understanding of AI's impact on operational models.

Responsibilities

• Own Swellr’s P&L, KPIs, and weekly operating cadence.
• Hire, lead, and develop the operating team.
• Set and execute quarterly OKRs with CEO.
• Be the senior face of Swellr to customers and partners.
