Job summary

Abhito Llc, an AI-powered procurement platform, seeks a Business Operations Manager to serve as the CEO's operational right hand. You will own customer success, sales ops, recruiting, and internal systems, enabling the CEO to close deals and scale the company.

You’ll run weekly customer check-ins, manage CRM hygiene, and coordinate recruiting pipelines while building AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks. This is an on-site role in Redwood City, CA.

Qualifications

• 1.5+ years at an MBB firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) or top-tier investment banking.
• 2–6 years total experience, post-MBB operating experience at a startup.
• AI-native mindset with daily use of AI tools to automate work.
• Thrives in unstructured environments and fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly customer check-ins and triage issues across product and engineering.
• Own CRM hygiene, pipeline reporting, and prep prospect briefings and demos.
• Manage recruiting pipeline — sourcing, scheduling, and first screens for non-executive roles.
• Coordinate BDR standups, review outbound sequences, and coach with CEO input.
• Build internal automations and AI-powered workflows to reduce manual work.
