Kick is seeking a high-agency problem solver to scale finance, operations and GTM projects. You will work directly with our CEO and Head of Finance & Operations to drive initiatives to completion with ownership that scales to 100X.

You'll optimize our finance tech stack, build dashboards and models, drive live ARR tracking, revenue recognition, reporting and investor updates; design RevOps and CRM funnels; improve HR ops and vendor processes; and surface insights that align with CEO priorities.

Formación

• 3–7 years post-grad experience in MBB, investment banking, or chief of staff role.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to build models from scratch.
• Experience shipping dashboards and automations.
• Proficient with AI tools and workflow automation.

Responsabilidades

• Optimize our finance tech stack and vendor processes to operate near autonomously.
• Drive key reporting efforts, including live ARR tracking and margin analyses.
• Support fundraising and investor relations from data room to updates.
• Build RevOps foundation: document sales process, CRM setup and funnel reporting.
• Improve customer support workflows and agent performance.
• Develop AI agents and automations to surface buying signals and streamline operations.
• Run key hires from sourcing to close and participate in performance management improvements.
