Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, including management consulting, business operations, strategy, or a chief of staff capacity supporting senior executives.
• Ability to synthesize ambiguous topics into executive-ready recommendations and communications.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end with accountability.
• Knowledge of crypto or enthusiasm for the space and willingness to immerse.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the CHRO's operating cadence: weekly and quarterly leadership meetings, agendas, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CHRO; stand-in for key meetings.
• Develop content and narratives: decks, emails, social posts, speaking materials to amplify the CHRO.
• Identify and resolve issues early; convert ambiguity into clear executive recommendations.
• Represent the CHRO's interests across the organization, aligning People team priorities.
