Job summary

Kraken is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Co-CEO to run the administrative engine of the Office of the CEOs. You will own how the Co-CEO’s time, travel, and meetings operate, serving as a trusted partner for preparing and executing the company’s most important conversations—from one-on-ones to Board sessions.

You will report directly to the Co-CEO and collaborate with the executive team and staff. This on-site role in San Francisco requires extensive travel and a commitment to precision and

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chief of Staff or senior EA to a C-level executive.
• Experience supporting a CEO through board cycles and company-wide communications.
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or another regulated industry.
• Proven ability to manage complex calendars and logistics with precision.
• Excellent judgment and discretion handling confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Own the Co-CEO’s calendar end to end, prioritizing and protecting focus time.
• Prepare briefing materials, context, and follow-ups for meetings.
• Travel with the Co-CEO and executives, handling logistics and scheduling.
• Coordinate Board meeting logistics, materials, and day-of execution.
• Coordinate executive team meetings logistics.
• Coordinate company-wide meeting logistics.
