Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a strategic Internal Communications leader to partner with the People Success team and shape how company programs reach every employee. You will help ensure messaging is clear, timely, and human, aligning with a remote-first culture and quarterly in-person surges.

You will advise the CPO and senior leaders on high-stakes moments, drive executive communications, and build scalable processes and AI-enabled workflows to scale impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in internal communications, strategic communications, change communications, or product marketing.
• Proven track record producing executive-level content with measurable engagement.
• Executive presence and interpersonal effectiveness with senior leaders.
• Ability to manage a broad portfolio across multiple senior stakeholders.
• Experience building scalable communications processes and measurement frameworks.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own communications strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts with a business-first focus.
• Advise the CPO and senior People leaders on high-stakes moments, crafting clear, human messaging.
• Own internal communications for the People Success Team, including town halls and leadership communications.
• Write and edit CPO comms, town hall scripts, announcements, and FAQs with value-focused messaging.
• Build scalable editorial calendars, playbooks, and measurement frameworks.
• Coordinate with the broader Internal Communications team and cross-functional partners.
• Leverage data and AI-enabled workflows to measure impact and improve outcomes.
