Job summary

Anthropic is hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead for Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE). You will partner with FDE leadership to plan headcount, capacity, engagement mix, and pricing, and run business reviews with cross‑functional teams.

You will build models, dashboards, and Claude‑driven automation to improve reporting and decisions. You will work with Finance, Deal Desk, Legal, Revenue Ops, Partnerships and Applied AI, ensuring scalable operations as the FDE team grows and delivers for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Experience in GTM strategy, business operations, or consulting.
Ability to build and explain capacity and staffing models.

Responsibilities

Own the plan for FDE including headcount, capacity, and mix of engagements.
Model demand, capacity, and staffing with scenarios for leadership decisions.
Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews and KPIs with leadership.
Build reporting and dashboards to automate engagement, staffing, and outcomes data.
Shape the commercial model including pricing, packaging, discounts, and contracting.
Scale work with delivery partners and measure partner economics.
Design org structure with leadership on new roles and headcount.
