Forgepoint seeks a Chief of Staff in New York City to act as a force multiplier for the founders, turning priorities into action and driving the highest-leverage initiatives. You will work across the company to align teams, manage critical programs, and prepare the organization for major decisions.

As a high-agency generalist with exceptional judgment, you will frame complex problems, earn trust, and own outcomes end-to-end.

Formación

• 4+ years in a demanding, analytical environment.
• Exceptional judgment and ability to separate urgency from what matters.
• Highly organized; drives cross-functional work to completion.
• Analytically rigorous; comfortable with data and writing.
• Thrives in ambiguity; owns outcomes without direction.
• Low-ego; trustworthy; ready to do what the company needs to win.
• Willing to work in person five days a week in NYC with a founder mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a force multiplier to the founders: turn priorities into operating plans, drive follow-through, and keep the company focused on the highest-leverage work.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives that span go-to-market, product, customer deployments, hiring, finance, and company operations.
• Prepare the company for key decisions by gathering context, analyzing data, framing tradeoffs, and making clear recommendations.
• Build the operating cadence - goals, metrics, leadership meetings, planning, and accountability - that helps a fast-growing team execute.
• Own high-stakes communication and special projects, from board and investor materials to strategic partnerships and company-wide initiatives.
• Step into important unowned problems, solve them end-to-end, and turn repeatable work into durable systems.
