Job summary

You will partner with the C-suite to align short- and long-term objectives, steer strategic planning, and ensure decisions are documented with clear owners, milestones, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and C-suite to develop strategies and plans aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
• Own the strategic planning process, translating priorities into actionable initiatives with owners, milestones, and dates.
• Oversee strategic initiatives from development to execution under senior leadership guidance.
• Lead cross-functional projects and transformations, tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Maintain the operating rhythm of the executive team, including leadership meetings and accountability structures.
• Prepare executive materials, board briefs, and briefing documents for governance reviews.
• Advise executives on decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
• Monitor cross-functional alignment and surface misalignments or conflicts for rapid resolution.
