Job summary

Rugiet Health is seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic partner to the CEO, translating strategy into execution across functions. You’ll drive cross-functional programs, prepare leadership for critical decisions, and guide board materials and investor updates.

You’ll manage top-priority initiatives, align leadership on quarterly plans and OKRs, and ensure follow-through. This is a high-impact, fast-moving role at a growth-focused telemedicine company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategic operations at top startups or consulting/PE firms.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs from start to finish.
• Strong financial acumen—build models, interpret a P&L, and tell a narrative.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; experience briefing boards.
• Direct experience supporting a CEO or senior executives.
• Healthcare, DTC, or consumer health experience a plus but not required.
• MBA or equivalent analytical training preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the CEO for high-stakes decisions with tight briefings and context.
• Own high-priority strategic initiatives across functions.
• Run leadership cadence: weekly meetings, quarterly planning, OKR tracking.
• Support board materials, investor updates, and executive communications.
• Unstick cross-functional blockers and drive timely decisions.
• Identify org changes as we scale and collaborate with People & Culture.
