Job summary

Vitra Health in Boston, MA, seeks an accomplished Clinical Manager to lead clinical and operational efforts across service areas. You will influence clinical excellence, client and staff satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, care delivery insight, and a strong commitment to a patient-centered experience. Travel to assigned service areas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ management experience required; five or more years of direct clinical experience treating patients, with a proven track record of success, preferred.
• Strong analytical and computer skills required.
• Excellent communication skills with the presence to represent Vitra to clients, staff, and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the full client cycle, from admission to discharge, complies with Vitra quality standards and MassHealth regulations.
• Leads and supports staff in a client-centered manner and fosters professional development.
• Runs and documents MDT meetings, ensuring documentation reflects client needs and quality standards.
• Ensures compliance with MassHealth and program regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborates with Compliance and Director to ensure NCQA ongoing readiness.
• Manages staffing and partners with Calling Center leadership to ensure client visits are completed as required.
• Aligns outreach and growth with care team coverage areas and plans staffing accordingly.
• Reviews performance metrics and develops strategies to maintain compliance and clinical excellence.
