Job summary

Halluminate is seeking a Chief of Staff to own strategic initiatives, establish scalable operational systems, and drive horizontal priorities across the team in San Francisco. You will partner with the CEO/CTO to push high-leverage partnerships, build core processes, and create automated workflows using AI tools.

The role blends leadership with hands-on execution, enabling rapid growth from 10 to 25+ people within six months.

Qualifications

2+ years in a high-intensity generalist environment such as investment banking, consulting, or startup ops.
Experience with AI tools and coding agents to build internal systems.
Excellent follow-through and reliability in delivering projects.
Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into concrete outcomes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic initiatives across multiple domains with CEO/CTO alignment.
Lead buildout of internal operations, HR, onboarding, and processes at scale.
Switch between strategic leadership and hands-on IC work; build automated systems.
Set a positive culture and serve as a continuous, trusted context connector.
Understand rotation timing; position to lead a business unit long term after CoS tenure.
