You’ll manage the operating rhythm, lead cross-functional projects, and build scalable processes. The role offers high ownership and close collaboration with founders in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Be the CEO's right hand, run the operating rhythm and prep for high-stakes meetings.
• Own operations and admin: build systems, policies and events for a fast-growing company.
• Run legal and compliance: manage contracts and keep SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA and PCI on track.
• Oversee finance and vendor relationships: billing, payables, bookkeeping, and insurance.
• Automate with AI to turn one-off work into repeatable processes.
• Drive cross-functional projects across product, ops and go-to-market.
