Affirm is looking for a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function and own strategic bets, including AI enablement. You’ll anchor on the central people problems, shape the external narrative, and drive high-quality decisions with accountability.

Aim to create a healthy Product org with autonomous pillar leads, faster decisions, and a clearer direction for where Product is going and why.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in roles that built product credibility and strategic-narrative chops.
• Ran people processes at scale (hiring, calibrations, leveling, talent reviews).
• Exceptional written communication and ghostwriting ability.
• Able to spot organizational dysfunction early and surface risks.
• Comfort operating with influence across senior leaders in multiple functions.
• Strong grasp of product metrics, finance, and growth analytics.

Responsabilités

• Design and run the product leadership team’s rhythms (staff meetings, product reviews, all-teams, offsites).
• Co-own people rhythms with HRBP across hiring, calibrations, performance, talent reviews.
• Partner with Technology Operations to define and improve roadmap processes and OKRs.
• Own headcount planning and budget management with Finance and HRBP.
• Drive AI retooling and enablement across the function.
• Curate the external product narrative with PR, comms, and brand.
• Prepare executive briefings and leadership communications to reduce latency.
• Run an org health pulse and surface signals before they become problems.
