Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Chief of Staff to the SVP of Product to scale the product leadership function and improve decision speed. You will anchor on people problems, own external product narratives, and lead strategic bets such as AI enablement, partnering with cross-functional teams including design, engineering and analytics to drive a high-quality, scalable product org.

• 10+ years in roles that built product credibility and strategic-narrative chops
• Track record of running people processes at scale (hiring, calibrations, leveling, talent reviews) in a fast-growing org
• Exceptional written communication: ghostwriting, synthesizing narrative, drafting board pages

Responsibilities

• Design and run the product leadership team rhythms (staff meetings, reviews, all-hands, offsites)
• Co-own hiring, calibrations, performance and talent reviews with HRBP; surface risks with proactive solutions
• Define and improve roadmapping processes with Technology Ops; set OKRs and track progress
